What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen?
Sydney: Taking Jessica to her first EDC.
Jessica: I’ve seen it all here—I love it!
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave?
Sydney: You have to experience this; it’s a life-changing event.
Jessica: I’m going to tell all my friends and bring a million people here next year.

Name: Cheyenne and Kattie

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen?
Cheyenne: What’s amazing is the crowd. There are so many people that dress up; I think it’s amazing.
Kattie: It’s just so much fun. Everybody is so nice. The fireworks, the music—it’s just a cool vibe.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave?
Kattie: Basically, share the love, the kindness that we saw here, and take it back where we usually go.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen? The vibe of the people, easily. There’s no greater community than us ravers. I’m just here to inspire all the people that inspired me… people like you, people like them, the security. Look, the security has kandi on. Everybody is in spirit.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave? I’m just gonna spread PLUR: Peace, Love, Unity, Respect. That’s almost like a religion of ours. That’s our community. That’s what holds us together, those four letters. I’m gonna preach those four letters.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen? I’ve only come down for today because of work, so I just got here.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave? I always have my regular kandi that I wear on a day-to-day basis. I have a regular, full-time job at Samsung; people recognize it, and I talk about the culture, since I’ve been in the scene for about 10 years now. It hits home for me.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen?
Mark: The general vibes and how everyone is awesome here. The stages are amazing.
Justin: In addition to the artist lineup, the overall production was absolutely insane. I knew it would be great, but not like this. I can’t even imagine the amount of money you guys spent on the LEDs, the pyrotechnics and lasers. Everything is incredible—I’ve never seen stages like this in my life.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave?
Mark: I’m going to promote EDC as much as possible—this is something everyone should experience at least once in life. The loving community… this is something you just can’t get anywhere else.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen? Every stage is awesome. There’s no bad music here. Everyone is pulling out there A-game. I was over at Carl Cox; I was there for over 2.5 hours, and I couldn’t leave.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave? My friends always say we’re all in this together. That kind of mentality—where we help each other out because we’re not going to make it without the help of everyone else—EDC is about all about that. It doesn’t matter if you’ve met yet, just help each other out.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen? I come by myself, but I’m not alone. I never feel like there’s anything but love everywhere around me.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave? All the kandi I’ve traded—each one has a different story and a different saying. And of course, the memories. I’m going to do this until I can’t dance anymore.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen? All the people; everybody’s so nice. People are willing to give you the shirt off their back. The crowd here is so great, and the vibes are amazing. This is the best community in the world. I’ve been to metal and rock concerts, and I got into raving four years ago and fell in love. The community is so awesome; you just get immersed in this world. It’s like an adult Disneyland. It’s amazing!
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave? Coming here makes me a better person. When I was younger I was kind of a douchebag, and EDC has taught me to be nice to people. Pass on the good vibes, and you’ll receive them in turn.

What’s the most memorable thing you’ve seen? The level of production surprised me. I didn’t expect to see anything this insane, ever. The sound, the lights—I don’t even know if there’s anything else that ever existed like this before. It’s pretty wild.
What are you going to take back from EDC after you leave? I think the best thing to do is try to help out anybody you can and just ask them to pass it on. And when you ask people to pass it on, I think it sets an idea in their head of helping everybody.
