What are your travel essentials? Selfie stick, sunglasses and a smile.
What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to? Cancun, for spring break earlier this year.
Why are you journeying to EDC New York? Do I even need to answer this? kineticCATHEDRAL is definitely one reason!

How are you getting to New York? I am renting a 15-passenger van with nine of my friends!
What are your travel essentials? My travel essentials are always a comfy pair of shoes, my EDC outfits, the Maine flag, a positive attitude, and loud music for the way there! Toothbrush/toothpaste is always a must.
What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to? Rincon, Puerto Rico. I’m super bummed that I went to Puerto Rico two weeks after EDC Puerto Rico! Hopefully, I will get to go again one day.
Why are you journeying to EDC New York? I am making the journey to EDC New York for my best friend’s birthday, which is on May 12. My friend and I bought her a ticket, and now we have a group of 10 of us going down. We always go to shows together, and now EDC New York will be our first group festival.

How are you getting to EDC New York? My group and I are getting to New York by Greyhound, then taking a taxi to the actual event.
What are your travel essentials? Other than the usual items, I like using my phone to listen to music (I would not be able to handle long trips without it). I also bring baby wipes, because you never know when they will come in handy. Comfortable shoes are a must, especially if you know you’ll be walking a lot (I’ll take comfort over being fashionable any day). Hand sanitizer—another essential.
What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to? Cuba, because I’m such a beach bum. Beaches are the best way for me to forget all my troubles.
Why are you journeying to EDC New York? I wanted a change from the festivals I go to here in Canada, and I love NYC. I know the vibes, the atmosphere and the people who go to EDC are different. They all have one thing in common, which is the love of music. No one judges anyone; there’s only love being spread around the festival. With some of the Canadian festivals I go to, people are going just because everyone’s going, or it’s just something to do (basically going for all the wrong reasons)—but not EDC.

Why are you journeying to EDC New York? I heard about EDC from a friend. When I saw the lineup, I got so excited to be part of the show, I booked my VIP tickets, flight and hotel. Now I’m just counting down the days until I can be Under the Electric Sky.

Why are you journeying to EDC New York? I go to EDC Las Vegas every year, and my goal is to travel to all the EDCs. Next year will be Mexico and Puerto Rico!
