What is the best advice you’ve ever gotten? Did you take it?
The best advice I’ve ever gotten is from my manager, Ash, who encouraged me to take a chance behind the decks. I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for him!

What part of your day do you most look forward to?
Studio time!

What’s the best time you’ve ever had without spending money?
Hanging out with my family and friends.

What is your most treasured possession?
At the moment, my most treasured material possession is my Audemars Piguet.

What’s the last sound you would want to hear before you die?
The sound of my fans as they’re going crazy during a set!

How do you measure success?
I’d say by my level of happiness!

Have you ever had a brush with the paranormal or the supernatural?
No, I don’t believe in ghosts or anything like that. But I do believe in life in outer space!

What four words best describe you?
Persistent, ambitious, inventive and stubborn—in a good way.

Do you have a pet? If not, what is your ideal pet, and what would you want it to do in an ideal world?
No pets at the moment. But I love dogs; they are definitely my ideal pet. They’re always happy to see you, and in an ideal world, they could talk.

What is your best personality trait?
Curiosity. I like exploring new subjects and new music.

Do you believe in any conspiracy theories or urban legends?
Some conspiracy theories can be really convincing, so it depends. I don’t really believe in urban legends, though.
