Transcending the sounds of the Mexican and Peruvian culture, Latin Tech-House DJ/Producers Saul Serralde and Sergio Cuba, better known as their stage name ‘DEM2’, are two childhood friends from the San Francisco Bay Area who bring those heavy low end toms bass lines-along with their very own vocals on their produced tracks. Their unique style is far from ordinary-with nothing but their own original sounds that will get you groovin’.
Inspired by the old school reggaeton sounds, DEM2 have showcased some of the best latin-house remixes. Their distinctive melodies led them to be discovered on Space Yacht’s demo listening show “Tune Reactor” on Twitch where they quickly grabbed the attention of A&R’s Londonbridge & Hiddenhen with their tracks “Woodpecker & Buzz Talk” creating the very anticipated “Birds & Bees EP”.
With current and upcoming releases on labels such as ‘Space Yacht’, ‘Rock Bottom Records’, ‘Nite Records’, ‘Hot City’, ‘Elevation’, ‘Material Series’, ‘Club Sweat’ and ‘Terms & Conditions’ DEM2 are already on the rise to becoming internationally known by receiving support by some of the hottest talents in the industry.
