Donned “The Queen of the DC Underground” by the late Lisa Moody, Lisa Frank has been running with underground crews of the northeast for the past fourteen years. In addition to re-igniting warehouse culture in DC with ROAM and TNX, Lisa Frank has worked in nearly every aspect of nightlife culture, both behind the scenes and up front. Where Lisa shines the most, though, is in their live DJ sets. If you’ve caught Lisa spin in-person then you understand the magnetic pull she conjures from the booth. You can feel it connect to your mind, body and soul; regardless of whether they’re playing techno, disco, house or miami bass. After a recent move down to South Florida, Lisa Frank has now put party-throwing on hold while they focus on production, their record label and her new Sunday night residency at The Eagle in Wilton Manors.
