When he is not behind the dj booth; Manolo is leading the Breakfast Club team, responsible for a massive entertainment system that is divided into: music festivals such as LA SOLAR, RITVALES, LA VERBENA, PARALELO, SELVÁTICA and restaurants and bars such as: SALÓN AMADOR, CUON, BOLIVAR, SHIBARI, FLAMANTE, LA DERIVA, CASA EL RAMAL, DIMSUM, CALA ROCA, and the new and successful HOTEL 23.
