MARTE is a dedicated, formally trained, and self-taught singer, producer,and DJ. She is a solo artist as well as one half of Miami-based Femme DJ Duo, MARU, with mnu. With many areas of focus on music production and singing, she is a multi-dimensional music and visual artist that can do many genres and styles. Music from her upcoming release will be unveiled at the III Points Miami Community Radio stage at her hybrid DJ set with live vocals. As a DJ, She’s an avid listener of many genres within music and specializes in open format. Mixing genres from techno, trance, house, garage, perreo/neoperreo, jersey club, baile funk, raptor house. Thus far, she has released two official singles and made several DJ mixes to showcase. She’s passionate about capturing the beauty of the world, helping others, being involved and bringing safe and welcoming communities together, sharing different cultures through art, and creating based on world-view inspiration.
She has supported events and been on the lineup with underground and domestically/internationally renowned DJs such as Chippy Nonstop, Dana Montana, Alexx In Chains, Berrakka, Coffintexts, v1fro, Jan Antho- ny, Jon Aro, Rosa Peligrosa, Tomgorl, SATURNSARii, Sel.6, Ultrathem, and Winter Wrong. She has also made her debut in local Miami venues and bars like The Ground, Domicile, The Boombox, Over Under, Eagle Room, The Corner, Freehold, and The Joint.
She currently has a residency at Mama Tried for Miami K-Pop Night for monthly / bimonthly events. She also has a streaming show residency with Miami Community Radio during their Beta Season and 3rd Season on her show “Red Planet Radio”. Additionally, she has featured guest mixes for compilations like Guesthouse Miami, In The Box and Techno Snobs.
