Ōsé was born in the suburbs of Chicago with an itch for music of all sorts. In his teenage years he would play in many bands around the Chicagoland area and while doing so become enthralled by the fresh sounds of dubstep that were just making their way into the states. Soon he was sure he had to figure out how to produce himself and while doing so, Ōsé fell in love with the rich sounds and history of Chicago House and Detroit Techno and to honor it by giving it a go himself. After many nights alone in his bedroom studio, Ōsé decided to take the next step, and with a weeks notice packed up his laptop and speakers for the halls of Icon collective. In the halls of Icon Collective Ōsé would be able to gain the creative tools and knowledge he had been searching for from many peers, friends, and mentors alike. With these tools, Ōsé is ready to show he has what it takes with his fierce drum grooves, hard-hitting bass-lines, and electric vocals. In 2019 Ōsé burst onto the Chicago scene with no shortage of releases as well as support sets for artists such as Richie Hawtin and Jauz at various venues around the city with no signs of slowing down.
