Toronto-based Weska is a versatile creator and performer bridging the worlds between groove-driven techno and heavy hitting progressive house. The fast rising tastemaker brings a refreshing perspective and a willingness to push boundaries and is championed by some of the most influential names in the electronic scene including Adam Beyer and Gorgon City.
His career kicked off early with regular releases on Drumcode, Filth on Acid, Cocoon, Mute, Factory 93, Arcane; more recently showcasing his range via Bedrock, REALM, Nervous, Armada, with many more upcoming. On top of high profile remixes and collaborations with the likes of Sven Väth, Bart Skils, Eli Brown, and Cristoph to name a few, Weska has also grown his unique blend of technical prowess and artistic vision to launch forward into a new era, taking form in his new imprint HYPERWAX.
Meanwhile, he has showcased his skills as a selector, travelling the world to perform at the biggest electronic music hubs across the globe, including plays with Eric Prydz at Hi Ibiza, Drumcode at The Warehouse Project, Creamfields, with recent dates taking Weska to Drumcode Croatia, REALM New York, Womb Tokyo, Electric Island, a 9 date NA tour with Bart Skils, Drumcode San Jose, with more to be confirmed.
