Get Wavy With This Exclusive Middlelands 2017 Playlist From Wingtip

If you don’t know Wingtip yet, it’s time to acquaint yourself with the buzzing artist. The Brooklyn-based producer, née Nick Perloff-Gile, fashions a distinctive sonic mélange of pop, indie, electro, and disco, which he’s creatively crafted via influences from his days playing guitar in a rock band and his production work behind the laptop.

“All you kids trying to be the chainsmokers meanwhile I am trying to be the EDM enrique iglesias,” he reveals via Twitter. There’s a high probability of that happening, as his breakout single, “Rewind,” featuring Sophie Strauss, has garnered more than 20 million Spotify streams in just under three months. Keep your ears peeled for a new remix of the track from NYC-based DJ/producer duo Black Caviar, set to drop tomorrow.

Wingtip is hitting the stage at the first-ever Middlelands this weekend, and ahead of his performance, he’s dropped this hand-selected playlist of ethereal gems.

“So excited to perform at Middlelands this year!” says Wingtip. “I grew up obsessed with Lord of the Rings and Braveheart, so I’m very down to get into some medieval action. I’m especially excited to play as I finish up a ton of new originals and remixes, as well as a bunch of super-secret edits that I’ll be able to play for everybody out there. See you there!”
