‘Wide Awake Stories’ #008 ft. LO’99, Michael Tullberg, Middlelands, and More

Fresh off the debut edition of EDC Japan—and with our first ever Middlelands festival right around the corner—the Wide Awake Team reconvenes in the studio to give full festival season highlights and share news about the newly launched EDC Radio channel on iHeartRadio.

Speaking of Middlelands, we get the 411 on the transformation of the Texas Renaissance Festival grounds from Insomniac production stalwarts Bear and Conor. We also connect with longtime dance music photographer Michael Tullberg, author of Dancefloor Thunderstorm, on his latest project The Raver Stories.

Finally, our EDC Radio team caught up with Diplo, Zedd, Kygo and Martin Garrix to chat about their upcoming performance at EDC Las Vegas and find out some of their favorite moments, and what the phrase “All Are Welcome Here” means to them.
