Sluggers and Spank Rock Knock Out “15 Hours” for Insomniac Records
Since Sluggers prefers to exist within the shadows, it forces the conversation to always follow their productions. That isn’t much of a bad thing, because one could talk all day about the level of hurt this enigmatic duo from Miami has been laying on the scene. They’ve come up in a major way in such a short time span, despite being a bit hushed with their pitch-black personas.
Landing more of their obtusely ominous beats square on the face, Sluggers today releases “15 Hours” on Insomniac Records/Interscope. They’ve synched up with Baltimore rapper Spank Rock, playing out like a grudge match between title-holding bars and a dark, dead-of-midnight aesthetic. It’s a collab fit for champions and will get heads hyped out of their minds. Trust.
