Over the last few weeks, Aleksander Vinter (aka Savant) has been slowly piecing together his forthcoming album Invasion, uploading each track to SoundCloud for free as they’re finalized. It’s a boundary-breaking assortment of tracks, and once complete, it will put the Norwegian producer at a staggering 12 full-lengths since breaking out in 2011. Vinter is a beast, and he is notorious for leaving no genre unturned.
His latest offering from the LP, “Trap Slut,” plays like a doomsday interpretation of trap music. A complex arrangement of melodies and moaning samples breaks down your defenses, while aggressive waves of glitchy synths and crisp 808s assault your senses with brute force.
