Marco Effe Shares “Weird Tales” That Works Wonders

Marco Effe is one of Italy’s most promising up-and-coming talents, and it shows in his musical output. Over the past decade, the transplanted Berliner has delivered his deep, driving brand of warehouse techno on respected underground labels like Sven Vath’s Cocoon, Tronic and SCI+TEC.

Now, he rounds out an impressive 2016 by delivering the lead track on Digital Traffik’s latest release, 10 Years of Digital Traffik, an EP that also includes Alexandar Ivkovic, Neverdogs and CLiVe. As you’ll hear, “Weird Tales” works its techno magic with its dark, minimal melody, big bassline, and some well-timed negative space that lets the groove roll along.
