Secret Cinema’s Intense Remix of Kevin de Vries’ “Arcadia”

Kevin de Vries is a young, on-the-rise German producer who’s caught the attention of global techno luminaries like Richie Hawtin, Marcel Dettmann, Adam Beyer, and others. On his latest EP, Infinity, the Berliner delivers slick studio skills with effortless style.

“Arcadia” is a pumping, visceral cut featuring pensive synth stabs that forge a harder edge. Then, Secret Cinema steps up to strip down the original track into a more bubbly, intense remix, complete with knotted synthlines and pulsing sounds.

“I took a new approach making this track,” he said. “The energy buildup and breakdowns are almost counterintuitive; stripping the track down to its bare elements unleashes the power within. I hope you enjoy the new Secret Cinema sound!”
