Treasure Fingers Triggers the Red Alert With Squiggly, Wiggly Acid on “Bugout”
Atlanta house fiend Treasure Fingers has a decade of solid releases behind him on label staples like Fool’s Gold (alongside his otherwise drum & bass adventures under his the Enemy and Evol Intent projects). However, someone with this much love for the weird and wild was always destined to strike out on his own. He’s recently fired up his own Psycho Disco! label, an outlet for the most legit wacky and strange sounds. The imprint is about to drop their latest compilation, and we’re offering up a sneak peak.
Psych 202 is the latest iteration of their annual compilation, which is the result of the label “researching and collecting heat from wherever our travels lead us,” while also putting the spotlight on “a heavy new wave of talent, mixed with a few trusty Psycho OGs for good measure… to melt the summer into ashes.”
There are 12 new demented cuts up for grabs, but it’s all anchored by “Bugout” from label boss Treasure Fingers himself. It’s a synth-heavy cut that dives deep into some squiggly-wiggly acid.
Available July 27 via Psycho Disco!
